Overview of mycotoxin detection

Mycotoxins are toxic metabolites produced by toxin-producing fungi under suitable conditions. Mainly including aflatoxins Aflatoxins, AFB1/AFB2/AFG1/AFG2/AFM1, Deoxynivalenol also known as vomintoxin, Zearalenone (ZEN), Ochratoxin (AOTA), T-2 toxin, patulin, fumonisin, etc.

In the field of food safety, the pollution of mycotoxins exists in all industrial chains based on grain crops, such as the grain & flour industry, feed industry, edible oil industry, dairy industry, etc.

In terms of mycotoxins, Xinyu Biology can provide our users with mycotoxin detection for multiple sample matrices. In the sample matrix pretreatment stage, distilled water is used as the extraction solution, and the sample extraction steps for different mycotoxins are the same. At the same time, combined with our automated detection instrument, mycotoxins can be detected quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Our currently mature technical platforms are: ELISA quantitative detection platform with unified pretreatment operations (water extraction), fluorescence quantitative rapid detection platform with unified pretreatment operations (water extraction), immunomagnetic bead automated extraction reagents and equipment for standard laboratory liquid phase detection, immunoaffinity chromatography column and automated pretreatment equipment for immunoaffinity column, mycotoxin rapid filtration purification column and automated full treatment equipment for standard laboratory mass spectrometry analysis and detection.
