Determination of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. AFB1monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting AFB1 insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. AFB1 in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, AFB1 is eluted by using methanol.
