Determination of Deoxynivalenol (DON) Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. Deoxynivalenol monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting Deoxynivalenol insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. Deoxynivalenol in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, Deoxynivalenol is eluted by using methanol.
