Determination of T-2 toxin (T2) Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting T-2 toxin insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. T-2 toxin in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, T-2 toxin is eluted by using methanol.
